Still good old Plasma here, which appears to have recently fixed Kwin to a large degree meaning I can full time use it again as my main DE. No more Gnome, and no more Win11!

If you’re asking about the bottom one it looks like it’s dolphin-emu (a gamecube emulator), icons look like default breeze
