I was promoted to regular 2 days ago 
, noticed the following in the badge description:

But I havenāt found the secret āprivate lounge areaā yet, maybe not activated on this Discord server?

I think you will always be. Is a class you reach I think?

TL3 status should ādegradeā over time, so if youāre not active you lose TL3 status.
However, itās a 100-day rolling average so thereās a decent amount of leeway.
