Well… THIS week, I’ve settled on MATE, however next week may be something else entirely (no promises). I am enjoying this one for now, however as my needs change and grow I will probably be testing out more complex DEs and/or Window Managers.

Sweet setup! But it has always irked me the Gnome logo for the Mate menu. And really, who thought a FOOTPRINT was a good idea as a logo?

Changed my vote again 
I am a full-time ratpoison user now, it’s just so efficient once you get used to it. Sad to see Mate not getting enough love though, it’s such a nice DE imo.
I think it is cute as a logo

Desktop hopper eh? You know there’s a cure for that! Install Windows …there is no choice.

Thought nemo is a fork the nautilus classic, ikey forket also one callef atilla or something i believe…have to try when may ritme is back of things

Did you remove the other terminal?
Yep. I purged Xfce. So I only have three terminals, not four 
(uxterm and xterm are always installed with Arch for some reason).
