yes true, my daughter informed me about this just now..
But i simply know from experience on telegram chat that other formats are way easier to handle for such things. In there i have a range of helping users and we are like 3 active Admins/Moderators, but the thing that makes it easy is on the users reporting scam bait and issues.
I do love comedy i grew up on that.

One of the unforeseen consequence of shutting down beloved threads will be the impact of footfall or shall we say eyeballs in this forum. My ex-retail boss used to say, get more people in, out of 10 only 2 will buy. But if we restrict it to 5 then only 1 will buy. Same happens over here.
There are lot of folks who come here to hang out and share with the EOS community. While they are over here, they see issues reported and many a times they help out. They may or may not be running EOS, but they give their pointers and also contribute to solution. This enriches this place and also helps out folks using EOS/Arch. After all the Arch forums are notorious for getting one’s head bitten, chewed and spat out.
This has already been alluded to earlier by @Koloss.
All I wanted to do was hang out here, share music, beer, screenshots, wallpapers whatever with the same like-minded people. Of course, as a long time (now ex)Arch user I always perused the help forums to see if I could help but as I hadn’t used Arch in quite some time, I felt out of sorts putting my two cents in.
And @SCORPION2000 is right. This is the dammed best distro out here. MX Linux and Mint are there too, equally good, but by god this distro is finger licking chicken eating good. Now where is my damn powder.

I suspect you’d need a lot of land for any of those, but I would love a cheetah also.
I find keeping wild animals as pets offensive, they shouldn’t be kept as pet but live out in the wild where they are free!
