Yes, I also didn’t liked the concept of Sword/Shield.
Personally, I liked Pokémon XY , Ultra Sun/Ultra Moon. And from latest series, Pokémon: Legends Arceus is good, but little short.

As far as GBA games are considered, they are F2P, and can be played on PC. Pokémon Unbound involves dynamic mechanism, which is too good, as per the standards of GBA roms. I had patched this one earlier, and can provide you if you need.

Have never played it but with the amount of people still playing have considered it for a while, warcraft 2 is the last I played (actually still play)

I think by this point I’m a lifer.

Unless the next expansion (Dragonflight) turns out to be crap at which point I’ll probably segue over to FFXIV full time and actually finish levelling there :joy:

It was also about the time when I realized I didn’t really care for mmos that and the friends I had that played it had all long since moved on(we were all in the army and all moved in different directions by then and either stopped playing, stopped being in contact and a divorce broke two of those friends up)

I don’t play games nowadays since I’m busy preparing for university exams, but when it’s over I’m planning to set my own Minecraft server to play with my friends. Team Fortress 2 is the only MMO game I play.
As for single player, I like:

  • Europa Universalis IV
  • Crusader Kings II & III
  • Hollow Knight
  • Red Dead Redemption 2
  • Dark Souls III
  • Terraria (I play with friends too sometimes)
  • Disco Elysium
  • Yakuza series
  • Portal 1 & 2
  • Legend of Zelda BoTW (emulated :))

TF2 ain’t no MMO :wink:

I used to play TF2 years ago, I’m amazed it’s still going. I dropped out around the time they introduced collectibles & hats. Meh.

For me it was the other way around I guess. I played because my friends at the time where all playing and as we all moved about our separate ways it was less compelling to play if I didn’t have my friends to play with.
