Soon I’ll be playing more with the settings than the game itself
That’s the only downside, not so much settings (once you get it - it’s ~5 mins to set and go), but when re-playing your favorite games it’s urge to on/off and compare each freaking frame
I’ve forced myself to just play Batman Arkham origins recently without constantly pressing a button to check…and man, that’s just complete blast, like a different game!
And most magic comes from dynamic lights in game, let’s say siren or fire etc…
Thx God for creating math
Immortal Redneck yesterday bought at the gog store.
So you’re a redneck mummy blowing up pyramids in Egypt?
It does look interesting
Great anime
CS:GO anyone?
have you tried art of rally?
Ion Fury is full of Linux (and tons of other easter eggs for that matter), i’ve even seen screen in some super-lab with: sudo rm -rf /
Oh here it is
I’ve played quite a bit of art of rally.
I’ve found it satisfying but then I got distracted by wreckfest.
RDR2, or at least I’m trying to
Been a while since I played it, but it keeps bugging out now…
Still no-no for me
Do you play with vulkan or dx11?
If it’s dx12 could be bugged, it’s still in relatively early development
nope Vulkan, never changed my settings…
must be because of an update I did between play sessions.
hope it’ll sort itself out in a while.
Feels like I’m playing RDR2 inside the Animus, and it keeps de-synchronizing
Are you using Vulcan-Radeon or amdvlk? Amdvlk bugged last update. I was using amdvlk lately because death stranding ran better in it with glorious egg roll. Since proton 13 dropped it runs fine with that so I may switch back to Vulcan-Radeon.
Seems like I have both vulcan-radeon and amdvlk installed…
Do I just delete 1 of the two, or is there a setting somewhere, where I can choose which one is used?µ
Edit: nevermind!
uninstalling amdvlk seems to have done the trick!
and nope! Started bugging out again… cheered too soon
Did you remove https://www.archlinux.org/packages/multilib/x86_64/lib32-amdvlk/
If it was installed as well?
Maybe I played Need for Speed 3 a lot last time.
Seems like that did it!!
The glitches always popped up in the same place… seems like it had something to do with the lighting, because it was most noticeable during the transition from night to morning…
before deleting amdvlk, I was using some commands from the arch wiki to tell steam which vulkan-package to use:
For radeon-vulkan:
VK_ICD_FILENAMES=/usr/share/vulkan/icd.d/radeon_icd.i686.json:/usr/share/vulkan/icd.d/radeon_icd.x86_64.json steam
For amdvlk:
VK_ICD_FILENAMES=/usr/share/vulkan/icd.d/amd_icd32.json:/usr/share/vulkan/icd.d/amd_icd64.json steam
But deleting both amdvlk AND lib32-vlk was the only thing that worked for RDR2
I play WoW long time favorite
