For Pulled Pork, here is a recipe I use in the Instant Pot pressure cooker.
But you could apply the rub and let it marinate over night beforehand then fire up the kamado.

My first foray into RISC-V! This Orange Pi RV2 unit has been highly rated and considered, so took it upon myself to try it out, without any technical knowhow or applicable skills. Fun times!
First problem was: heat was generated, but no images appeared on the screen. Turns out it doesn’t display to monitors over 1080p. After that it worked.
Dunno much about BredOS, but it’s Arch based, so easy to start messing around in.
Gnome is way too heavy for it. Lags like crazy. But Sway is nice and responsive. Though I’m planning to use it mostly in the terminal.
I always wanted a figure to display but this was an accidental purchase that ended up in my office at work. I’m a huge Cyberpunk fan and a Game Master for Cyberpunk Red.

Only required it for the Tinysine TSA1701 DSP board to program it’s firmware. Haven’t found any others uses for it yet.
