Right, just another template and placement arguments.

My XFCE desktop.

It feels the exact same to me

I have used it on pure Arch, Antergos and EOS, and I see no real difference.

What differs from the Manjaro Plasma experience in your oppinion?

Not trying to BS; just curious.

nice clean desktop :+1:

Hard to quantify, it was more in the ui and how responsive it was I think.

I’ve given it another crack tonight, and I think the compositor needed tweaking, especially for games to make them run vsync properly.

Feels better as a result.

Decided to go with a light theme for a change… needed a break from all the dark.

Hang on, here the top bar looks dark, yet in the above one it’s light? Almost transparet.

Im using an extension called Dynamic Panel Transparency. You can adjust the panel opacity depending on if the window is maximized or not.

Here’s all of the extensions I am using:

Thanks. I will have a look. I like what I see :heart_eyes_cat:

Now if I could find an extension that loses the CSD (client side decoration) and allows the WM to theme the title bars…

BTW - have you any idea what car that is supposed to be? It is rare for me not to have an idea…(at age five I could ID every car in the world - Abarth to Zil with a break at Goggomobile - of course there weren’t that many then!)

At first I thought maybe it was a Toyota Corolla from the early 70s, but after I quick search I see I’m mistaken. Unfortunately my Google-Fu has failed me.
