Here is my KDE one. A bit traditional and old fashion but its how i like it.
I’ve been tinkering with my new theme. The final output is below. All changes are done in a VM so I don’t mess up my daily setup. I’ll transfer once everything is ready.

My only issue I can’t get the snake image to appear in my terminal. I’m using fastfetch
and Alacritty. But still it’s not showing.

After 14 day trip over all the spins of arch that has some WM on waylad (sway,hyperland … ) testing stuff like labwc and waybox … i have been almost home at garuda hyperland (after extensive cleaning ) , starting changing stuff that i did not like (at the visual) … and … clean instal endeavour no desktop → the result hyperland on eos →
Playing around with transparency window managment, window rules. Each active window has 98% transparency. Each inactive window has 70% transparency.

Windows slide backwards when another window is opened. Window decorations and theme i set to klassy with modifications. Plasma, Terminal and Kitty editor colors are Tokyo-Night.

love the honeycomb aspect over a space theme, the juxtaposition here is almost poetic. fit
s nicely. the purple is dialed down nicely but need the day/time font darker.

Word. I am in Picom too much. Giving right-click context menus a nice 70% is really working for me. Mine is setup similar to yours.
