I hope something good (if)
sway with gruvbox gtk-theme and matching waybar and wofi configuration - thanks, color picker for wayland
Man, I really like this hyprland thinggy - looks very promissing, but I must admit I am not knowledgeable enough to configure it and make run smooth configured like that… I am waiting until it gains more momentum to give it a go as a daily driver.
I am getting comfortable with sway until then. I keep on the wayland side anyways
Cheers!
for me hyprland with wayland runs very smooth no issues at all.
And yeah hyprland rocks. The animations are also awesome.
lovely trashcan
I was forced to do away with Manjaro MATE, and put this ^^ in its place. The Linux Mint devs are doing a better job lately visually.
that be 1 large bar!! Cinnamon no ever be my thing ,different people like different thing i guess.
hope you enjoy
It’s adjustable thankfully
EndeavourOS has become my daily driver nevertheless. I have in dark mode and in “light” Breeze. The light one has a panel that might be even larger than that.
There’s more, I checked out EndeavourOS with Budgie, also with a panel about as large, looked nothing like GNOME to me! Last year also had Fedora 36 XFCE. Should have put that panel at the top to be able to read the tooltips off the system tray.

Aww why not EndeavourOS logo as menu button? But really like that blocky font for time display.
