Really nice. What is the icon theme used

The icons are Abyss Deep Suru, Actually I used the Abyss Deep theme too

If anyone wants to know how to make QT apps use the same themes as GTK on XFCE, I followed the commands on this video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rP4DWu24ff0

You canā€™t just create your own folders under local/share/themes, icons, etc or the themes will only change for GTK when you add new ones. You have to go right to your file system and find the folders which are already there under user/shareā€¦

To move themes and icons to those folders, youā€™ll have to get permission by opening thunar from the terminal with ā€˜sudo thunarā€™

Finally, you can find lots of things for XFCE here, itā€™s almost like the KDE store but a bit smaller, and has quite a few of the same themes and icons https://www.xfce-look.org/

Thanks. I just tried going to the original one and the KDE Store and they both wouldnā€™t connect.

Iā€™ll try pling

Another dark XFCE

I had fun with playing XFCE but KDE is still the best for me

Is that not the GTK version of KDE story?

After reading these recommendations I decided to give a try to Cinnamon

Feels a bit weird, but I like it. I havenā€™t figured out yet how to make it use i3 (Iā€™m lost in all the new settings ), but seems like muffin supports tiling too, which is good :slightly_smiling_face:

Wow this is nice! I was always a Cinnamon userā€¦ Can you explain how you set this up? The tool bar at the top is broken up? Are they separate? Nice backgroundā€¦and what is that in the right hand bottom 51% tool? Very niceā€¦

Thanks :slightly_smiling_face:
Itā€™s just one panel, itā€™s just split into 3 parts. No idea how it happened, I didnā€™t do anything particular, I thought it should be this way  maybe itā€™s the theme Iā€™m using (Spearmint-Leaf)?

Itā€™s a desklet showing disk space usage. I think itā€™s standard, but Iā€™m not sureā€¦

Okayā€¦itā€™s a deskletā€¦ What icons are you using? They look familiar? Anyway itā€™s quite niceā€¦i like it.

Edit: Did you find the background on wallhaven?

They must be standard icons too? I donā€™t remember installing anything on purpose. Iā€™m absolutely ignorant as to these things to be honest, used to run pretty much stock xfce on Manjaro and here, on EOS, just i3wm, which wasnā€™t pretty at all

Okay yaā€¦itā€™s ePapirus just couldnā€™t remember the name. Where is the background from?

Wow they have lots of backgroundsā€¦

Not only, but also mobile wallpapers, avatars, gifs and covers. Itā€™s a nice resource, Iā€™ve been using it for several years.
