Void is great!
I’d have to say the second one as the clock stands out more, but I like the first one too
I really like it, it’s as close as Linux can get to a BSD since in the beginning of the distro, one of the developers was from NetBSD if I remember correctly.
But regardless of that, it’s a solid old-school distro, no Sistemd, with runit as a service and daemon handler.
It is a distro that requires a bit of attention to install, but it is not difficult at all.
A seasonal theme…

hmm try Canadian distro reborn

If I remember correctly, and I mostly do, Reborn has mutual heritage with EndeavourOS in Antergos, but he went his own way creating Reborn.
A nice distro, but unfortunately not much of a community to back it up, atleast when I checked it out a couple of years ago.
that’s cool
Reborn started originally by a young Antergos User some time before they quit already…
The founder left the project but other devs continue with it.
Simple and good is twice as good!

this laptop is probably 10 years old. i first installed gnome, but it didn’t work with CarDAV and CalDAV synchronization. besides, i’ve been used to plasma for years.
so as you say…Simple and good is twice as good!

Just out of interest: you seem to dislike systemd, and if that is the case, why do you use EndeavourOS?
