I think I’ll be installing Nobara over the weekend. Tried it in a VM earlier, and it’s really pretty nice.
Uses a extension-ified version of Gnome as its official ISO, or has vanilla Gnome or Plasma versions too.
Be interesting to see how well it handles games, considering it’s made by Glorious Eggroll, the guy responsible for all the cutting edge Proton work.

Yeah, that one seems highly interesting, but in this user case it would have been over the top, as she’s not much of a gamer. I am going to try it in a VM though when I find the time, since it might be a good distro for a gamer friend of mine, that wants to try Linux.
Glorious Eggroll has a seal of excellens, but please tell me what you think when you tried it.

Tried it, and not a huge improvement over Endeavour tbh.
Nice enough distro, but for example installing & playing WoW via Lutris wasn’t any better of an experience than it is on EOS.
Other than that it seems like a solid distro
