When my son left for his PhD in Sweden he gave me his old corsair rgb keyboard. I knew that the colors change with a program in windows but I hadn’t looked to see if I could do it with linux. Yesterday I looked and there is a way: ckb-next.
The code on github is newer than the package on aur so i build it.

Oh the bloat and dependency hell, how many qt tools are enough? But it was worth it.
Now my keyboard has the same soft color scheme as my terminal.

Openrgb is interesting. I was not aware of it. Now i need another rgb device or i can hack the Christmas lights.
