I’ve been on EndeavourOS for the better part of a year now. I can’t even remember what I used before :slight_smile: I use it mainly with XFCE, sometimes i3.

What is that icon theme?

after 2 days on i3, i decided to switch to bspwm and it feels much more snappy imo also i never seen such a low ram-usage on my desktop

We remember compiz from Ubuntu, gnome2, back in 2007 maybe… the cube, the cylinder - they were amazing.

Kwin silently did the same job, more efficiently and more stably, and still does.
I don’t use the cube, but I do have slightly wobbly windows - they’re totally awesome.

@Ben

i am a sucker for useless effects …as dumb as it sounds, it was the cube that made me try linux in the first place … ubuntu hardy heron from memory

and once your windows wobble, it is hard to go back

i like that all those compiz-style effects are built into KDE settings … need to find a way of getting raindrops and fire on my screen now … :slight_smile:

garuda actually has wobbly windows set as default …(i recently tried a few arch distros before settling on endeavor)
