What sorcery is this?! 
Looking really nice!
There are a lot of dynamic wallpapers tools for this kind of voodoo magic out there 
Some generative art, some a-la gifs or videos…
And some are set of images which just turn througught the day, for example 24 image for each hour to simulate day flow

This image looks fuzzy but I’m on 1080p monitor right now, not sure if that makes a difference?
It’s a higher resolution than that. In desktop settings (same place you select wallpapers) and play with the options like zoom. stretch. you don’t want those.
