[Kinda solved :)]Providing icons in SVG format?

Hello.

While I was tweaking Mate in order to make it look like - as closely as possible - to Xfce, I noticed Mate-Menu (the only one you can change icon menu easily) needs svg version in order to work correctly.

Icons in png format cannot be displayed correctly, as you can see. It is ugly :frowning:

Could be a great idea for other desktop environment if you want to tweak them a little.

I don’t know, not everybody uses or needs those, so it is an unnecessary feature for a lot of users.

Well… It won’t take a lot of space and it could be useful if you want to provides customized versions of Mate or Cinnamon for example :slight_smile:
