And I add facebook.com and facebook.de to the blocklist. This is not a browser extension but crucial for me to browse the web.

I found out about this one today.

Firefox Translations provides automated translation of web content. Unlike cloud-based alternatives, translation is done locally, on the client-side, so that the text being translated does not leave your machine.

The only thing is that as of now it supports only a handful of languages.

A bit of a week point of me using Enpass as password-manager. (not opensource). I never made contact with them and use it only offline. But still i need to trust the code.
Planning to switch to keepassxc.
