I use Vivaldi for its sidebar, we all know which are the best blocker and security extensions, but what else do you run?
Mine are:
Bitwarden:
Can’t remember passwords
Languagetool:
Excellent spell checker
Vimium
Control your browser from your keyboard
Powerclose
I open a lot of tabs, especially from the BBC as I read the news, right click and close all tabs from this domain.
Bukubrow
I use buku, this is the extension for it.
Dark Reader
I took a while to be convinced, but dark themes are best (for me).
What do you use?

uBlock Origin is the only one that’s constantly turned on.
Then there is:
NoScript
HTTPS Everywhere
If the laptop leaves the apartment, and I want to watch BBC:
HOXX VPN
WEBRTC Leak Shield
At home I got a VPN running in the router.
Edit: This is on Vivaldi btw.

CanvasBlocker seems like a good idea, have added it (chrome version).
i wound’t use any canvas-like browser on chrome, i often read everywhere that chrome doesn’t have any decent canvas extension.
This is the one i use for firefox:

Sorry to say, but it’s pointless with them. Browser/device fingerprinting is difficult to block!
You can thank Google and Facebook for that. Probably more too
On Waterfox (grrr):
A shame that uMatrix maintenance has stopped, but at least blocks can still be turned on manually and set per page; just not the auto-blocking happening, as far as I can tell.
