I could not imagine looking at that distro and saying to my self “I want to try that” lol. The mere fact that it, looks like it does, makes me think sketchy as hell.
Not to mention it’s super-proprietary 
If you want something that looks like Windows and is proprietary, use Windows. It’s much easier that way.
Windows like theming can be easily achieved with DEs such as KDE.
