I found a new recipe and tried it out today. Here’s my first attempt at rice balls in a peanut butter and chili marinade with a little sriracha sauce. It was a bit of work, but the result was delicious! :drooling_face:

Green asparagus with sun-dried tomatoes and onions, and smashed baked potatoes with broccoli pesto.

Tried a new recipe. It tasted much better than I expected.

Baked honey carrots with chili chickpeas and feta yogurt cream.


American cheesecake.

Baked cake is called that here in Finland to differ it from one which is not baked in the oven but cooled in the fridge.

The sausages seem to be grilled to perfection, beautifully browned. I can’t stand it when they’re undercooked.


Today I had the following on my plate:

Potato salad, fish fingers :see_no_evil_monkey: and tomato and blueberry salad.

indeed, no medium rare on sausages :wink:
only issue was that i burned the garlic bread while making the picture.. luckily had some more to roast properly .. had some potato salad with that too, nice plating btw !
