I quit five years ago, but I still fondly remember the Irish. Red Breast 12 or 15 year when I had the money. Micheal Collins was another one I loved before Bass bought them out and closed their doors. Irish whisky is just so bright and lively compared to other whiskeys. Try the red breast if you can find it.

Damn I didn’t know they made cheese too! Gotta hunt for them then… Blue is my favorite too, but I’ve been liking Red more and more, given the hot weather, it tastes more refreshing!

Afraid I haven’t seen any on our shelves here, but if you recommend it, I guess it’s worth hunting down!
