I have mobile unlimited bandwidth 5G on 3 SIM cards, paying like ~70eurobucks per month, but this is witch subventionized smartphone once a year - my pixel 8 pro for example did cost me 430. I use this plan for my mobile, a mobile router in my car (Kids LOVE Wi-Fi during long rides) and a router on my roof for my secondary internet gateway.
Primary internet gateway is 250 DSL from the pink one. Best I can get here, syncs quite okayish:
But it is still Telekom with their HORRID peering, censoring via DNS (I avoid this with having my own unbound DNS resolver/cache locally which gets it’s DNS records from .) and completely bonkers pricing:
51Eurobucks. Yes, this is with TV, but I do not watch TV at all… well, my kids do, and wife loves her “Frühstücksfernsehen”, but stilll… silly pricing.
Same here. Im on Vodafone 50MB DSL for 35€ but fiber optic cable on the other side of the street. Fortunately, I have a satellite dish on the roof with 5000 programs, 4800 of which I don’t understand 
It’s enough to access IPTV or the Mediathekview via my Linux satellite box, but as you say simply silly pricing.

Very, very poor mobile service where I live. Primarily rely on WiFi for calls. Small amount of data is my choice due to poor mobile service and good Internet. Mobile data for me is £8/$10/€8.25 per 1gb with maximum of £40/$50/€45 per month charged for data.
Internet 1000 / 45 - $77
Mobile $15 by the gig shared on two lines or 30 for unlimited for the month throttled after 20gigs
For us mobile data is normally turned off on the phones, simple use WiFi and WiFi hotspots

UK - Sim only £8 Unlimited minutes/Texts 25gb data (but they charge me if I put an emoji in a text message - WTF!). I never get a contract phone as they are locked to the provider in UK.
Broadband £30 approx - IIRC 100mbit (TalkTalk, was with Sky but had massive problems they couldn’t (or wouldn’t) fix).
That’s just stupid as, espcially how often they are used these days. I generally don’t use them on my mobile but a lot of people I know do, including my mum

You should invest in some birds and grade up to Ip over Avian Carriers - should be a gamechanger for you! I am looking forward for your reply in a week!
