Some Arch based distros are an Arch install program, some are Arch plus a few extra packages, and some use Arch as the basis for a new distro. Where does EndeavourOS fall in this spectrum?
I’d call it “Arch: Deluxe Edition”. It’s basically Arch with a graphical installer, a lot of useful packages installed by default, and some EndeavourOS specific tools.
