I got:

error: failed retrieving file 'endeavouros.db' from ca.gate.endeavouros.com : Connection timeout after 10000 m

several times in different times.

Just to update you.

run eos-rankmirrors in your terminal and save the generated mirrors or comment the line with the server ca.gate.endeavouros.com in your eos-mirrorlist.

I just felt obliged -as a member of this community- to report something I believe not working to be fixed. To keep EOS as perfect as usual.

Got:

Moving old EndeavourOS mirrorlist to /etc/pacman.d/endeavouros-mirrorlist.2022.07.30-13.09.18.
Writing new ranked EndeavourOS mirrorlist to /etc/pacman.d/endeavouros-mirrorlist.
Root Password:

It has already been reported several times. The mirror itself is down.

We don’t control the mirrors. When this happens, the right thing to do is usually to switch to a different mirror.
