I was wanting to explore the customization options on Calamares. The best way for me to do this is to start a project using whatever I wish to explore. The only thing I could come up with was a very stripped down install for a x86_64 headless server.
When I finished, the notes, etc. was most of the way to being a tutorial document, So here it is.
I don’t know how many users will be interested in this, but if you have some older x86_64 hardware available, give it a try.
I have the tutorial in both a PDF and a ODT version for downloading. This enables one to print out the document to install by, and make yourself notes, or comments, etc on paper.
The PDF is available here to view on a browser, then save if desired.
