I’m dualbooting 2 Windows 11 and EOS on the same drive. When I select the Windows Boot Manager to boot up Windows in GRUB, after selecting the Windows to boot, it would boot into EOS first. Then I have to reboot again into Windows Boot Manager, then get to Windows.
Im not sure what could have caused this, cause this is a fresh install of EOS. Is it something to do with the boot priority?
How did you install thing? Any information regarding your install, install process, system setup is helpful. Given the total dearth of info in your problem statement, I’d guess you installed things in a manner the provides you with features that annoy you. Look up the correct method to install an EOS/Arch Windows 11 Dual Boot to see if you did things the right way.
So I dualbooted 2 Windows 11, then use Rufus to burn Endeavour ISO file onto a USB, then reboot then BIOS then default options and such.
Im actually just trying out EOS so I dont have much data to commit too lol, every time I cant figure it I just do fresh install (5th time alrd). Before I was only dual booting one win11 and eos so there isnt this, but now what happens now is grub, then windows boot manager prompting me to choose default boot, then it returns me to grub and i have to go through window boot manager again, only then would it work. Every reboot.
Also this is unrelated but is there sth wrong with asia mirror server? I keep getting failed to retrieve package 404 recently
