I’ve moved all the title bar icons to the where I like them. The only issue is if you click on the “menu” button the menu pops up on the left rather than the right under the button as I would expect it to (see attached images). Any way to fix this? 
Not sure, but meanwhile you can click right 
button anywhere on titlebar and same menu will follow you where you’ve clicked…
Have you tried to see if you can target it with a Window Rule in System Settings?
No, I’m pretty new to Plasma, but I’ll see if I can try creating a rule for it.
This sounds like the best solution, I’ll just remove the menu form the titlebar and use the right clkck
