It’s stuck at 13% at first I did try a second time and it got stuck at 33 % , I’m still new to Linux so I didn’t uncheck any packages.any solutions?
I had exactly the same thing last night with my first EOS installation. I then activated the log and realized that the installation process was not stuck at all, just making very, very slow progress. It couldn’t be because of my Internet. So I waited … After about 50 minutes, EOS was installed after all. But I can’t imagine that this is normal.

Are you trying to do an online install?
Yes , I did try the offline install too , I got a black screen with just the mouse icon showing up and the after install menu , waited for some minutes, and I switched to the online method again
@savmer Perhaps have a look here[1], where someone else is reporting a similar problem. If you have logs perhaps @dalto can see if you are experiencing the same problem.
[1] Installation Failure, then 2nd attempt is over 2.5 hours, still running
