Systemd failes to start services after install/update

I was updating my system and when i rebooted it. It failed to boot with this message

I tried a fresh reinstall, which installed Grub and all of linux anew, but when i powered off the system, i got the same message the next day.

I can access the filesystem via a live USB, so i havent lost anything.
I also suspected that it might be a corrupted drive, but i ran fsck on it and it returned fine.

Can someone help??

Just tried downgrading from 257.3 to 257.2.
I had to resolve some dependency issues, so i really reccoment installing downgrade because its easier (for me at least)
