Upgrading systemd from 257.2-2 to 257.3 screwed up my system

I was doing a normal system update togheter with AUR packages using yay, then all of the sudden the logs were showing some errors about systemd services and sudo has become WAY WAY slower than it should normally be.
I’ve rebooted the system, and pressing keys in grub was so damn slow especially in the console, and then this whole bunch of text started appearing (image).
Thank god I had a live-arch iso where I could downgrade systemd to 257.2-2 and now my system booted up just fine for writing this thread.

From my experience, I would suggest to absolutely not upgrade systemd for now. Maybe it’s my system or whatever, but something near this has never happened in 2 years that I use EndeavourOS daily

I’m on systemd 257.3-1. No issues here.

pacman -Qi systemd
Name : systemd
Version : 257.3-1

I don’t have this problem on several Archlinux installations.

as I said, it could’ve been just my system but it’s weird something like this would happen. What logs shall I share to see if there is something wrong with my system that lead to this?

so I just took the risk again and upgraded the systemd packages and now it works…?? truly a bruh moment what the hell is wrong with my system
