Can’t install from pacman or yay ?
nitrogen
It’s in the aur so pacman won’t do it. Yay should though. What error message are you getting?

I compiled Nitrogen Just a few months back with no issue other than it takes a bit to compile. Do make sure the system is updated before installing packages.

Looks like the start of your issue here. Seems to be a connection issue
the failure seems to be getting gtk2
Any fix to it ?
I have a newer laptop and it installed just fine , but on the older 2018 desktop ??
Not sure why it was reset could be the server is down for maintenance or something else. You could just try again later.
Also clear your yay cache (~/.cache/yay) in case there’s something funky in there.
Been like this since yesterday , maybe tomorrow server will be better.
clean your cache as @MyNameIsRichard suggested.
