That looks like a killer design with live wire (brown) going to the heating coil and not to the switch. Better not touch it even when the switch is turned off. Especially when you pour in water.

only how it was beforeā¦ but Brown line was Neutral connected on the plugā¦ it only was to check if coil is workingā¦ and cable had only one Cable shoe on the blue lineā¦ But thanks for reminduĀ“ing me i could happen i use the pic as reference ā¦ new heater has no instructions ā¦ i need to check the coils to see how to connect.
And the switch does not even have a fuse ā¦ i think newer models have oneā¦

Get the butane insert, works very well and doesnāt require refill that often.
Only servicing it (e.g. bad piezo element) is a bit more involved in comparison to the classic version.
