Can you elaborate? Where can you get games from, any zelda n64?
Well mine came preloaded with games actually.
It plays everything up to (and including) ps1 just fine.
It’s basicly the same SOC as the Odroid Go Advance, but in a more comfortable shell.
I have the Odroid too, but I get cramps after while on that one
Dreamcast and N64 is hit or miss…
N64 is notoriously hard to emulate on these cheap Chinese arm-devices…
But I’m more a 16bit guy myself
For me, it was SNES all the way.
Oh yes!!
I’ll probably be playing Donkey Kong Country 2 or Chrono Trigger while on the train to work tomorrow
You mentioned my all-time favorite game on that system. Time to fire up the lame Steam release and play it.
The DS version has my preference, with snes being a very close second
I got Nintendo switch and can play nes and snes zelda and mario, pretty cool to play games I used to play as a kid. Lol
Cross platform development - Surface Pro X SQ2 (I’ll post an image when it arrives)
Yes I am a spoiled brat
I know this has nothing to do with the thread. But after many years, I have solved my troublesome problem with Logitech tap-to-click (I hate tap-to-click). It was so easily fixed so I laugh. “FN” (function) key and the left click button on the trackpad.
It works on K400 keyboards. You learn new things all the time!
I’ll take some pictures of my new T40 in time. I have a problem with not having a camera anymore. I replace my “smart phones” with a stupid one. I promise, it’s stupid! I’ve put @Root 's Powered by EndeavourOS alu-sticker on it too. Like it!
This looks sweet!
Maybe someone’s next purchase.
@pebcak All I can say about that is…
Mine too, mine too …
That’s nice, isn’t it? You buy a couple of cups of coffee for a developer and you get a nice email stating you’re the coolest.
Photos coming soon. Replacing my x1 Carbon with a Thinkpad t480s. . . I have a sabrent 1tb nvme drive. . . and I’m debating do I do the Patriot Viper 16gb ram stick to bump to 24gb. . . or do I just suck it up and go all the way for the 32gb ram stick for a whopping 40gb of ram?
I mean I can’t really imagine needing either. BUT. . . . what do you all think?
Also. x1 carbon for sale.
I don’t know what you SHOULD do - but I know I would go for the added 16. I have 32 in this build, and rarely go over the current reading of 13% - so 40 total would be unlikely to be needed!
Don’t discount the value of smiling every time you look at the mem readout though - and being sure that 24 is sufficient!
OK - enough attempted influencing
There’s something special about having to read 40GB ram on a neofetch.
I forwarded it over to the wife for a possible Christmas present. . . We’ll see.
I’d rather have too much instead of not enough
