Beyond the memes, having rm -rf ~/* & 2> /dev/null inside a shell script actually seems like a threat to me. Won’t need any password, and the process being forked, won’t block execution of script (so the user doesn’t suspect)
Akchshually, the existence of the prompt ‘$’ shows this is an interactive shell session and not a script.

I still miss my old Atari 1040 STE (GEM Desktop/TOS 2.06/2MB RAM(!) load everything from floppys, no multitasking). It’s insane, what I have now is so much better but part of my mind just can’t let go of the memories. Do you remember the first time you had sex?
