One quick question, what is the recommended way to upload and share memes? Should we put in a cloud sharing service like postimages.org or imgbb.com or something equivalent?
If we upload memes directly to the EOS Forum server, it will take up space and increase cost. Want to reduce the cost paid by volunteers for EOS.
That is thoughtful of you, but it is fine to upload pictures normally. The forum software pretty aggressively downscales images; by the time they hit the page they are often less than a single megabyte.
If you want to upload a high-resolution photo (without it being downscaled), you should link it externally.
Soooo ā¦ Iām new to Linux, switched from Windows, and this is how I felt (not sure I feel a lot smarter right now, just getting used to the feeling
