I’ll take my chances. It’s still better than using Windows. 
The study is using 18-25 year olds who have grown up with everything in the digital and social media environments surrounding them their entire life. I’m sure if the age groups were of a more mature generation who didn’t have the technology that has existed for this age group during their younger years the outcomes are much different. The study should have two more age groups. But what it shows is how technology has a negative impact on younger users who have been more exposed to it.
