Sure it is, it’s the desktop I used about 20 years ago.
Not as good as modern desktops, but still functional.
Been using EndeavourOS for about a month now and I think I’ve got my Desktop just the way I like it (:
Far from sexy, just my potato laptop doing it’s purpose. 95% stock Gnome (even the wallpaper)
I kinda like stock Gnome workflow with this resolution.
A while back I decided I like Gradience and took a break from using themes, now I’m very comfortable just switching color schemes every two weeks.
Gimme that wallpaper!
Sending the jpeg image just gives a green picture, any ideas?
I spy a YaST. . . openSUSE?
I really don’t get all the YaST stuff is supposed to be. It always throws me for a loop when trying it.
YaST is a modular system configuration tool. You could use the modules from an “integrated interface” or each one separately. Have a look here specially under the modules:
I will look into understanding it somehow.
Flip side - From install to setup with pop tiling, printing and even watching a movie in under 10 min. That may be the fastest setup to set and ready to roll for me ever. Well done SUSE. Very interesting, and impressive. Flatpak was already even set and ready to rock for me.
