I love xfce
And Iāve officially given up on Fedora. Oh well. Recent picture from a flight over the northern cascade mountains.
Very beautiful range, nice picture!
Nice hills! Actually, the main thing it does is remind me I havenāt exercised my pilotās licence for a while (sigh). Of course, most things I am qualified to fly are in tough to fly in those places (at max elevations, with no margins - and really needing supplemental oxygen for safety!)
new month new wallpaper . i3 on PineBook pro ( ARM )
EDit . I no forget Endeavouros
or
Archcraft.
Nice to see itās still in use, wallpaper (special edition) and avatar Wallpapers, Avatars and other stuff by SGS - #101 by SGS
But you know, this one Wallpapers, Avatars and other stuff by SGS - #300 by SGS is my favourite
BTW, actually I just wanted to see what @Raadush 's contribution revealed.
The world is sometimes smaller than you think
Dear @SGS. I donāt know what do you mean by thatā¦ But I wanted to deeply apologize about my Konsole look post. That words about me not liking Garuda distribution were expressing my personal feelings, my personal opinion and I didnāt mean no harm to anyone not even I meant to insult Garuda distribution. There are many people that are putting much effort to create Garuda distribution and I (as Arch linux newbie) should kept my mouth shut. I am really sorry if I insulted anybody, it wasnāt meant that way.
I normally donāt like light themes, but heavens, this is amazingā¦!
Oh you did a wallpaper of this design? I Just grabbed the plain one from here , tweaked the colours with Krita and added the Eos logo svg from here
Also used the Eos logo svg for my application launcher. Iāve gone all out purple lol
edit: I just realised you were replying to Elloquin hehehe
what was the main reason?
I was just thinking of changing my work laptop from PopOS to Fedoraā¦
Iāve tried 4x to setup hibernation, and since thereās almost zero information on how to do it, Iām tired of guessing what could work.
hmmā¦ I never use hybernationā¦
guess weāll see how I fare
Iāve got hibernation working in Fedora 34 on a Dell XPS 9380. If you want ping me and I PM you the steps I took. Of course your mileage might still vary.
Other than nerfing up my hibernation - install was absurdly easy. Setting up third party repos for flatpak for instance was straight forward copy and paste, as was setting up rpm fusion and the codecs.
Even printing just worked. I really like dnf package manager.
And @pebcak Iāll give it another shot if you donāt mind the steps. Itās also on a Dell coincidentally.
Sure, Iāll sent you a PM within shortly. Hopefully itāll work for you as well.
Hey now. . . Thatās not Endeavor. . .
What can I sayā¦ Endeavour was like a gateway drug. 1 week later I find myself on Arch already lol
