Itâs a homemade. Modified wingpanel and plank a little in colors. Tela Icon Theme on it.

Oooh I am absolutely loving that! That icon theme is really nice! Also, I typically have certain themes for certain distros. So I associate elementary with white, silver and blues e.g sky blue and turquoise.
Whereas, endeavour is obviously purple

I try to keep things minimal.
It works. I have been running ElementaryOS for many years. A bit locked down, but is Linux so just change what you do not like.

I did not like how ElementaryOS had the colors on the wingpanel from the beginning. It is black or completely transparent.
