• Select the Big Screen session
• Log back in

Hi, had to wipe Flatpak from my system because it installed the Nvidia drivers twice, and on my system, those 4 Flatpaks (org.freedesktop.Platform.GL.default, Version 25.08, org.freedesktop.Platform.GL.default, Version 25.08-extra, org.freedesktop.Platform.VAAPI.nvidia, Version 25.08 and freedesktop.Platform.codecs-extra, Version 25.08-extra) made KDE Portal constantly crash with error 1 and never reach D-Bus. And any time I updated Flatpak via CLI, it reinstalls those 4 killing packs again. So there was no choice left but to delete Flatpak completely from my system. Did you encounter similar problems when the Flatpak Nvidia environment was active, besides the host’s own?

These days, about the only thing that changes is the wallpaper.

Because once you set up the DE, comprising:

1. Task Panel
2. App launcher
3. Corners behavior (still missing multiple display support)
4. Virtual Desktops
5. KDE Workspace (mimicking login to multiple virtual machines)
6. Static Tiling (I hope they can add just tile swap or tile movement left, right)
7. Themes and colors
8. KDE Widgets
9. Wallpapers

Still waiting on or wish to have:

1. Wayland session restore, on reboot restore closed apps exactly where they were including virtual desktop, and KDE workspace.
2. KDE feature: Save workspace apps as apps workgroup, open workgroup apps and said apps are launched into there workspace with the last known positions if any.

What else to change?
The easiest is all the time the wallpapers.
