Quick question for you Blur users…
I’ve not used transparency/blur for ages and I’ve forgotten which Blur kwin effect we use these days, is it Better Blur DX ?
That’s the one I use when I use transparency / blur. Instead of installing from the aur, I build it myself because it’s always up to date when Plasma updates, No waiting.

If you do, the HD mod is IMO well worth the trouble for modern systems and seems to work fine on linux (with some mild tinkering).
EDIT - my ability to get the game+mod working on linux was a relatively early “go/no-go” when I switched over as I knew I’d want to revisit it at some point.
