Please also make sure suspend works if that is a feature you value. On some of the new Lenovo they disabled a setting in bios so the user can’t suspend (to RAM) on Linux neither find or modify that bios setting. A new feature from Microsoft so that your computer is always on and can read emails non stop like on cellphones and tablets. I call it another way to take features from the users!
By suspend I mean just close the lid to go to sleep and wake up to login back with using minimal battery. Not hibernate.
