Sleep.
As a former gamer (I can’t believe I actually typed that), I use to stay up in the wee hours of the night, and now that I am a wellness coach, I realize that sleep is the #1 foundation of health. Now, I start my digital sunset at 9:30 pm (shut down electronics) and go to bed at 10:00 pm-ish.

I admire the effort if it’s google you want to avoid install a custom ROM on a smartphone which allows you to do so.
