When I update using eos-update, it asks whether to replace endeavouros-theming with endeavouros/endeavouros-branding. Why is this? And should I replace?
I’m already updated, but I’ve never seen that before. I just ran eos-update
and I don’t see that.

… And welcome to the Purple Family!
I made this update. You can accept. Everything is ok for me.
Odd. I just ran eos-update --aur
as well. Still I don’t get that.

I’m sure someone will chime in about this.
What does
pacman -Q endeavouros-branding
show?

Then the mirror doesn’t have it yet…
@UncleSpellbinder now you have to update every minute
I ran eos-rankmirrors --verbose
and several mirrors are down and/or has a “packages outdated” error…

Why don’t you run the eos-welcome app to rank the mirrors?
Just ran eos-rankmirrors and it shows almost all mirrors are up to date.
You have 3 mirrors down or outdated, that’s unfortunately quite normal and not alarming. But the working mirrors should be in the beginning of your
/etc/pacman.d/endeavouros-mirrorlist, right?
Seems so. The broken ones are at the bottom…

Do you have endeavouros-theming installed?
❯ pacman -Q endeavouros-branding
error: package 'endeavouros-branding' was not found
❯ pacman -Q endeavouros-theming
endeavouros-theming 24.06.1.1-1
Strange, you should get endeavouros-branding that replaces endeavouros-theming.
That’s what I thought. Not sure what’s going on, then.
You could try install it, e.g.
sudo pacman -Syu endeavouros-branding
That seems to have worked!
❯ sudo pacman -Syu endeavouros-branding

How did you try updating/installing before?
Edit: oh I see, you used eos-update --aur. That should have worked.
