Problems logging into the forum in Vivaldi

Yes. Perhaps it was an AdGuard failure.
But I’ve been using it for many years, and I’ve never had any problems

Exactly. And when you don’t understand what they ask for, do not enter any credentials in the field boxes.
IAMOF, phishing may not be the correct technical security term, although it still tries to phish for your credentials.
Since you were trying to log in your (known) forum site, the message (that vivaldi security prints) should contain the forum (known) URL address. I can’t translate the language, but seems like a prompt for your credentials to a webpage.
Some hacking technics can plant a cookie (or other thing) that can make you think you are just being logged out from your known site. Thankfully, this method cannot bypass browsers’ security mechanism that enforces clear printing of the requestor’s URL, which in this case is not the forum.
I don’t know exactly how they do it, maybe using http instead of https, or other trick. What matters is that you should always read carefully those messages for an unknown URL.

That’s the Nr. 1 good measure! But still, it happens it may not be enough.
It can happen to anyone. :person_shrugging:

You might want to check for specific cookies in vivaldi settings, if this is still happening, or if it happens in the future. Also search or delete media/data (whatever called) cache in vivaldi (better filter for the site you are trying to access (this forum, in this case).

It’s a continuous war, so be calm and patient.

No, no, no… This is one of my main rules :sunglasses:
