Power-profiles-daemon implmentation for i3 added

As contributed here:

I just added a simple rofi menu to set profiles for power-profiles-daemon from keybinding and from blocks panel also indicates current used profile:
ppd

Thanks! Really neat to see it now implemented. Hope everyone using i3wm on a laptop or otherwise will benefit.

Perhaps it will be good to mention that it uses power-profiles-daemon in i3blocks.conf file, so people can install it, in case its missing.
