[POLL] Sports Talk - Who's playing and what are you watching?

Cool but its lightyears away

since 2014, the whole bunch has been going to ruin. the u21 european champions from 2009 won this world cup. that was a golden generation. Özil, when i think of this football player. he has more feeling in his left little toe than others do with their whole foot.
Khedeira you could pass a ball with a feeling of 2ookmh and it stuck to his foot.
podolski didn’t put up with anything and gave ballack a slap on the pitch.
today, only soft eggs are running around in this squad. just look at the hyped kimmich. he is no more than average.

You were in the final at the last EM. You play a very respectable football in the last years. remember: Things go in waves

let me tell you one thing: :england: will play a very big em

For anyone else who would like to watch the US Open at LACC

Are there any “old school” NBA fans here? I recently found videos like this

or this

and I really think this is so sad to see. Scottie seems to be frustrated and pissed. I mean, yeah, he has reasons, but still…
Wonder what others think about this?

@r0ckhopper
Today :england: vs :czech_republic: and :de: vs :israel: started into the UEFA under 21 EM

Furthermore still play Norway vs Switzerland and France vs Italy

All games started at 18.00 German Time it is 17.00 England Time

Im excited who will be a star player of the tournament. Afterwards, or even during this time, the transfer market will also start to roll.

Curtis Jones of Liverpool has started for :england:

I’ve been catching up on highlights of the Euro 2024 Qualifiers :soccer: England winning both matches comfortably was not a surprise, but Scotland have astonished me (and probably themselves) :scotland:

I see Saudi Arabia are already buying up more players

Luca Netz of Borussia Mönchengladbach has started for :de:

Israel scored for 1:0

Saudia Arabia has made an offer of 15 million for a middle class 30 year old striker from Germany

This is unbearable. Where did the game go that i fell in love with back in the 70s?

EDIT: germany has equalized to 1:1

:scotland: 12 points
:england: 12 points

looks pretty good.

how lucky :de: is not to have to qualify :joy: :joy:

Gives you time to lure everyone into a false sense of security

I think moving to Arsenal will make Havertz a better player, with more goals for :de: too :soccer:

This must be the so called british humor

We will see. But Harvertz can already be seen almost in the world class

Oh come on, host nations always do well. Just look at Brazil in the 2014 World Cup… oh

I see…

:england: footballs coming home :scream:

We’ll see… There’s the Women’s World Cup first, and :de: are unquestionably contenders for that :trophy:

should :de: make it to the round of sixteens :brazil: or :fr: is waiting for them.
The team that wants to win the cup has to beat everyone anyway

I am really looking forward to the :trophy: tournament.
This will be more exciting than ever before. So many good teams are taking part
The revenge for the EM final would be a cool thing when :de: vs :england: goes for the :trophy:

That would be quite a final :trophy: But lots of good teams and players to enjoy next month :soccer:

Today at 18:00 German Time there is a :soccer: friendly match :de: vs :vietnam:

Both teams are participants in the women’s soccer world cup

You can watch on ZDF, a german tv station.
Maybe you need a vpn or another alternative

I guess the only consolation for :de: U21s from today’s results is :england: are likely to rest players in the next match, as they have already finished top of the group…

Top sporting performer of the day is Belgian shot-putter Jolien Boumkwo, who stepped up to run the 100m hurdles and save :belgium: from being disqualified and losing 2 points. She finished way behind the others, but didn’t knock over any hurdles.

puuh, the game was tough. in the end they didn’t deserve to advance. two missed penalties, an offside goal against israel and this performance today in the first half.
have a nice summer break

Wow this is magic…what a performance. Respect!!

How to lob the goalkeeper :soccer:
