That’s true… But i would like to see on my hardware if it uses the same memory or less than KDE?
You are the last person who needs to worry about RAM my friend. We SBC folks are in far more dire straights. My Odroid has only 4 GB ram. I have an additional Zram of 2 GB
These installs of mine, both started as basic Vanilla Arch installs plus minimal desktop (Gnome and Plasma), so that might also play a role in the number of packages installed and the RAM usage.
Well like i said using more ram isn’t really the issue. How the system performs is more importnat. If it responsive and no lag or hanging or any issues then i have no problem with it using more ram. I got loads of it.

I was asked:
Replace kwayland-server with extra/kwin?
and said yes… nothing seems to have been harmed by that.
What I don’t have is the option under Colours to tint the colour scheme based on the chosen accent 
Am I missing a package for this?
EDIT: Found it! (For me at least) you have to click the edit button for the colour scheme, choose the Options tab, and then tick “Tint all colours with accent colour”. Then you save the colour scheme as a new scheme (e.g. “Breeze Light tint”), and press Apply

Waiting to pick up the new toy. I updated. Other than my calendar in my taskbar is really small and stacked instead of in one line - everything else appears to be working just fine. . . 5.25.0 . . . anticlimactic.

I just called. It was delivered to a pickup location literally as I was on the phone. It should be in hand and back home within about 30 min. . . I’ll be doing all updates/firmware updates within the hour. . . and probably 2-3hours after dinner I’ll be putting in the ram/2nd m.2 and playing with. . .

Yeah, I see the same behavior with it, as well. Looks pretty stupid when it’s not adjusted to offset similar to the panel.
