In profile there is a setting which by default enabled:
Automatically unpin topics when i reach the bottom
In my opinion it doesn’t make any sense, especially for something like wiki, guides and even rules articles - you really want them to stay pinned, unless user manually choose not to.
It is very rare case when you’d want pinned topic to auto-unpin…
If there is a master switch - i suggest to globally turn off this option for everyone as default.
If someone really want, it can be either enabled in preferences or manually on per-topic basis…
